Shipping Information
All orders are shipped according to the shipping method you have chosen during the checkout. All orders in Greece are shipped through Speedex courier. For international shipments your order is shipped via DHL.
The shipping cost is calculated during checkout, depending on the destination country and the total weight of the products you selected. Since custom tolls are not included please make sure you contact your local tax administration, prior to completing your order. All orders are packed and shipped from our shop within 2 business days from placing your order. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect 021orders once they are already on their way to you. During sales and promotion periods delivery dates may vary from the estimations mentioned in the terms of delivery.
Taxes
Local VAT 24% is applied (included in the final price) to all orders dispatched according to Greek legislation.
Returns
RETURN VIA COURIER
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased, you may return it and you will be refunded the cost of the product.
In order to return a product, you will have to complete the Returns Note (included in the package), where we would like you to report the reason(s) of the return. Return the product along with the Returns Note, with a prepaid and insured send to the address:

For a return to be acceptable, the product must be unused and placed in its original packaging, with the nylon handle protective, the inner paper stuffing, the paper hand tag, the outer protective paper and the nylon packaging bag.
The due date of any return is 14 calendar days from the day it was received.
Transportation costs for the return of the product are the customer’s obligation.
Upon approval of the return, you will be refunded to your original payment method, to your credit card if that was the means of purchase or a bank account number you will provide us with, if the purchase was paid on delivery.
You will then receive an email confirmation informing you that the refund will take place within the next 10 business days.
Please note that the payment on your credit card depends on your bank.
In the event that one of the above conditions is not met, the company holds the right not to accept the return and then the product will be returned to the customer, who will be subject to transportation costs.
Payments
mxs.gr accepts the following payment methods:
Payment of the order amount upon delivery of the product to the address you have suggested (only for domestic orders within Greece).
- Payment by card
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
